As every year, we open a barbecue garden with delicious menu items!

In this year's version, we recommend Braci Budnik's original burger with beef, cheddar cheese, onion jam, oriental coleslaw and sriracha sauce with pickles. There will also be traditional home-made sausage, black pudding in a papillote and pork neck steak! For fish fans, we have Norwegian salmon in papillote with leek stewed in cream with dill and raisins. And you will find it all here!
