Cooking Academy in MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel
On July, 18 the next workshop of the series Mazurkas Catering Cooking Academy under the guidelines of the Chef took place in MCC Mazurkas Conference Centre & Hotel.
It was a very busy and „tasty evening". The invited guests from the company Incentive Concept Poland prepared, together with our team, six dishes. The menu included, among others: roast salmon served on chutney made of mango, pineapple and chilli, accompanied by the orange-pepper sauce and ruccola; Shrimps in white wine with melon and papaya served with the salad made of leaves of parsley and as a dessert: Strawberries with Brandy Flambé with brown sugar, ground pepper and fresh mint added.
How exciting it was when the attendees of the workshop had to prepare their dishes on time, under the watchful eye of the Chef! And it was only a part of the adrenaline which accompanies all of the Mazurkas Catering cooks during the preparation of the catering venture.
Our Chef was event willing to reveal a secret of preparation of fresh chanterelles so that they maintain their specific aroma and at the same time are perfectly soft and without bitter taste. The Chef and the participants of the workshop found common culinary grounds and the commitment and enthusiasm of both teams made the time pass very quickly. At the end of the meeting each of the participants has received the Mazurkas Catering Cooking Academy Certificate.
Such workshops we organize for our clients as team-building activities which, as their participants unanimously confirm, are inspiring and full of positive emotions.
